    The special disc (paddle) drying system for sludge is a kind of agitating paddle set inside the equipment. The blades are divided into three modes: disk, spiral and wedge, so that the wet material is stirred by the paddle, and the heating carrier The hot surface is fully contacted to achieve the purpose of drying. The structure is generally horizontal, single-axis, double-axis or four-axis. Paddle dryers are divided into hot air type and conduction type. The hot air form means that the heat carrier (such as hot air) directly contacts the material to be dried and is dried. The conductive form means that the heat carrier does not directly contact the material to be dried, but the hot surface conducts contact with the material and is dried. The sludge covers the blade and the relative movement with the blade surface produces a scrubbing effect.

    Hollow blades are densely arranged on the hollow shaft, and the heat medium flows through the blades through the hollow shaft. The heat transfer area per unit effective volume is very large (generally the area of a single double-shaft blade is less than or equal to about 200m2; the area of a single four-axis blade is less than or equal to about 400m2), and the temperature of the heating medium is from 60 to 320°C, which can be steam or It is liquid type: such as hot water, heat transfer oil, etc. Indirect conduction heating, the heat is used to heat the material, and the heat loss is only to dissipate heat to the environment through the body insulation and moisture removal.
