Principle

◆The evaporative crystallizer is a continuous crystal slurry circulating crystallizer with a through-flow tube and baffles. The system consists of heating chamber, evaporation crystallization chamber, circulating pump, vertical axial flow pump, crystallization zone, evaporation zone and mother liquor zone (baffle). The crystal size is about 02-12mm, the particles are uniform, and the surface is smooth. Different products have different crystal characteristics, but within a certain range, the particle size can be adjusted. This is the biggest class of DTB crystallizer.

Application

It is suitable for the evaporation and crystallization of sodium chloride, phenylalanine, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride, zinc sulfate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium hydroxide and other materials
