Principle

◆ This machine is an internal heating conduction type rotating continuous drying machine. The rotating drum passes through its lower trough, and adheres to a material film of a designated thickness. The heat is transported to the inner wall of the drum through the pipe, transferred to the outer wall of the drum, and then transferred to the feeding film to quickly evaporate, and dehumidify the water in the material film. The water is discharged by the fan. The dried materials are shoveled away from the drum by a scraper installed on the surface of the drum, and then the dried materials are collected and packaged through a screw conveyor. The waste gas is condensed and discharged and treated separately
