The domestic waste is first sorted out of relatively high-value recyclables, and the remainder, domestic sludge, and other solid wastes become gasification raw materials through pretreatment processes such as dehydration and molding

After the gasification raw materials enter the gasification furnace, they undergo non-catalytic partial oxidation reaction with oxygen at high temperature (the temperature of the reaction core area can reach 2000°C) to produce crude synthesis gas with CO, H2, CO2, CH4, N2, etc as the main components  The high-temperature crude synthesis gas (temperature about 900~1100℃) exiting the gasifier first enters the waste heat boiler for heat recovery, and then enters the purification section after generating steam Unreactable inorganic substances and heavy metals are discharged from the gasification furnace in a liquid slagging manner at high temperatures, and after chilling, they become non-leaching glassy slag, which can be recycled for making bricks and paving

In the purification section, the crude synthesis gas is first subjected to dust removal to reduce the solid content in the synthesis gas to 1mg/Nm3, and then H2S and other components are removed The purified synthesis gas enters the gas boiler, and the by-product steam produced is just used for the treatment of domestic sludge and leachate
